This villa was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style that exudes enticing luxury and a beautifully decorated interior, and offers its guests 445 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1214 m2. It is only 400 meters from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity for a pleasant refreshment in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. Likewise, from this villa, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea whether you are on the outside terrace or in the bedroom.
The Issa Hills villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 16 people, while the optimal number is 10. You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms (200x200), and all the listed rooms have their own en suite bathrooms with showers. There are 3 rooms on the 1st floor and two more on the 2nd floor.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family, and there is also a dining room with a dining table. In the living room, there is a couch, two armchairs, a TV, and a coffee table. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace where there is a heated pool of 65 m2. Next to it, there are 10 sunbeds where you can relax while reading your favorite book. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
